About Our Attorney
After graduating cum laude from Mercer University School of Law in 1991, attorney Mark A. Skibiel began his legal career representing insurance companies in workers' compensation disputes and auto accident claims. After just one year, he found his true calling to represent the victims of work accidents and auto collisions — instead of insurance companies — and opened his own practice in 1992.
Mark grew up in a family of blue collar workers. Two of his brothers experienced work injuries that ended their careers.
